I don't know what nonsense you are talking about but as far as I know I created eragon but I didn't use hack to change my ip.

- You are banned from using all electronic gadgets (the police will take care of you so that you dotn use any)
- Years of imprisonment (dunno)
- Fine (a few thousand dollars depending on how heavy is the crime You may end of being fined billions of dollars if you hack into the systems of very big companies like microsoft.)
